Position: Technical Project Manager III

Type: Full-time position

Compensation: $70–$100 per hour

Location: Burlingame, CA (USA)

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Drive deployment and operational excellence for retail demo systems across AI glasses, VR devices, and in-store display technologies
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for store technology performance, software updates, vendor management, and retail device maintenance
• Ensure high uptime and seamless customer experiences across first-party retail locations
• Collaborate with retail operations, technical vendors, analytics teams, and internal engineering stakeholders
• Manage deployments, track KPIs, resolve technical issues, and maintain scalable retail technology systems

Requirements

• Experience managing high-impact retail technology operations
• Experience with large-scale hardware deployments
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders including vendors and engineering teams
• Experience tracking KPIs and maintaining operational performance standards
• Ability to manage software updates, device maintenance, and retail system operations
