Freelance Opportunities: Work From Office (Chennai, Pune) - As-Needed Projects

We are looking for talented and motivated freelancers to join our team for various projects on a flexible, as-needed basis. Our work is dynamic, and we're excited to collaborate with professionals.

The hiring process will be project-driven, meaning we’ll bring you on board as specific projects arise.

About The Role

  • Position: Freelance/Contract-based
  • Location: in-office collaboration in Chennai, Coimbatore, Pune, or Hyderabad
  • Project Type: Varies depending on client needs
  • Project Timeline: Flexible, with projects starting as per requirements
  • Availability: As projects come in

What We’re Looking For

  • Skills & Expertise: Good knowledge and hands-on experience with the software as required for the role
  • Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively
  • Prior experience working with freelancers or on contract-based projects is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Proficiency in relevant tools, software, or platforms specific to your project

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY

  • Perform paintwork with high quality on the complex shots
  • Coordinate with co-artists/Junior artists in the Given task (Shot-Captain)
  • On-Time delivery of shots-Status update of the shots internal to the team
  • Mentoring of the new entrants into the team and taking the training

sessions

  • Solving of technical issues internal to the project and team
  • Supporting the first level of QC's for leads.

Required Skills

  • Applicant must have an artistic vision and creative thinking ability
  • Exceptional skill in at least one Paint software (Ex.,Silhouette, Nuke,

etc.)

  • Proficient in creating clean plates
  • Additional knowledge of Rotoscopy and Tracking (2D & 3D) would be

an advantage

  • Candidates with fine arts background are preferred, though not a must
