Location: Fully remote (EMEA timezone)

We are recruiting an FP&A Manager to join our team and contribute to a strategic finance transformation project for one of our clients, a European deep-tech company operating in cloud computing and AI.

The mission consists of designing and implementing an AI-native FP&A function to support a complex, multi-entity, international organization with multiple business models (SaaS, infrastructure, asset-intensive operations).

This is a project-based engagement, with high exposure to the clients executive leadership and strong impact on decision-making, forecasting and capital allocation.

About The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, the FP&A Manager will build the FP&A function from scratch and act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership. This role is forward-looking, highly analytical, and decision-oriented.

Strong, proven experience implementing AI in FP&A workflows is mandatory.

The objective is to design an AI-augmented planning and analysis function, not to maintain manual or spreadsheet-heavy processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own budgeting, rolling forecasts and performance management across business units
  • Build driver-based financial models, scenario analysis and decision-support frameworks
  • Lead monthly performance reviews and translate financial data into actionable insights
  • Support strategic decisions (pricing, investments, capex, growth initiatives)
  • Implement and scale FP&A tooling (NetSuite planning, Adaptive, Planful, etc.)
  • Drive AI adoption in FP&A (predictive forecasting, automated variance analysis, scenario modeling)
  • Partner closely with the Group Financial Controller to reconcile actuals vs forecast
  • Support board and investor materials with forward-looking analysis


Required Experience & Profile

  • 6–10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance or corporate finance
  • Proven experience building FP&A processes from the ground up
  • Strong exposure to multi-entity, international environments
  • Background in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure or deep-tech companies
  • NetSuite experience is a must-have (+++)
  • Mandatory hands-on experience implementing AI tools in FP&A workflows
  • Strong financial modeling skills and business partnering mindset
  • Experience with FP&A platforms and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
