Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with strong full-stack exposure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flutter for mobile applications, React.js for web front-end, and .NET Core Web APIs on the backend. You will work closely with product, backend, and design teams to build scalable and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Build and enhance web front-end interfaces using React.js.
Design, develop, and consume .NET Core RESTful APIs.
Work on end-to-end application workflows, integrating frontend and backend systems.
Collaborate with backend teams to ensure smooth API integration and data flow.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
Debug, optimize, and improve application performance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
Ensure application security, quality, and responsiveness across devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in software development.
Strong hands-on experience with Flutter (Dart).
Good working experience with React.js.
Solid experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
Experience working as a Full-Stack Developer.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API workflows.
Familiarity with state management in Flutter (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
Experience with database integration (SQL / NoSQL – basic understanding).
Knowledge of Git version control.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have

Experience in healthcare or compliance-based applications.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of app deployment on Play Store / App Store.
