Role Impact
The Regional Principal is a senior leader at Peak Projects, accountable for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and exceptional client experiences across the Florida and Caribbean region. Peak Projects specializes in luxury residential construction, delivering highly complex projects with hard costs typically ranging from $20M to $150M+.
This role carries full ownership of regional performance, including business development, project execution, financial stewardship, team leadership, and resource optimization. As the most senior leader in the region, the Regional Principal serves as the primary representative of Peak Projects to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, while also contributing to firm-wide strategy, long-term planning, and enterprise-level initiatives.

Compensation
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
The Pay Range For This Role Is
260,000 - 280,000 USD per year(Hybrid (Miami, Florida, US))

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional office, ensuring effective, efficient, and industry-leading project delivery.
- Lead and maintain accountability for the delivery of Peak’s Owner’s Representative scope of services, ensuring the regional team and partners execute due diligence, planning, team selection, contracting, budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery in alignment with client scope, budget, schedule, and Peak Projects’ standards.
- Responsible for divisional P&L, meeting quarterly and annual financial targets through disciplined revenue growth, utilization management, reforecasting as necessary, and margin protection.
- Influence company strategy through annual/quarterly planning sessions, helping guide long-term business direction.
- Drive profitable regional growth by balancing revenue generation with disciplined delivery, utilization management, and margin awareness. Growth is expected to enhance project outcomes, team sustainability, and long-term client relationships - not come at the expense of service quality, utilization health, or financial performance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop, refine, and execute and achieve regional growth strategies and goals.
- Lead the region’s business development strategy by proactively generating new opportunities and fostering high-value relationships across design, architectural, construction, engineering, legal, and family office networks.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to expand Peak Projects’ footprint and client base.
- Lead client pitch meetings & act as the primary executive contact on behalf of Peak Projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring superior service delivery and long-term retention.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, and specialists to support successful project outcomes and long-term client value.
- Anticipate client needs, address issues with urgency and professionalism, and uphold Peak Projects’ standards of excellence to ensure consistently high client satisfaction.
- Cultivating a high-performance, high-engagement culture that attracts and retains top industry talent.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional team by fostering a collaborative, rigorous culture; conducting weekly 1:1s; and owning performance management to support continuous growth.
- Actively participate in recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating new hires.
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure optimal staffing levels, strategic hiring, and balanced utilization, with accountability for aligning team capacity to active and forecasted workload.
- Track, analyze, and report on regional metrics, including revenue, profitability, utilization, client satisfaction, and project performance.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress toward strategic and operational goals.
- Maintain effective communication across clients, team members, partners, and the broader executive team.
- Demonstrate strong executive presence and represent Peak Projects with professionalism and integrity.
- Lead the sustainable growth of the region in alignment with company expectations, revenue targets, and long-term strategic objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain proactive engagement with clients and internal teams, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Champion company initiatives, standards, and best practices within the region.
- Monthly check-ins with executive leadership to evaluate progress on KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Partner closely with HR in the recruitment, hiring, development, and performance management of current and future team members.
- Participate in an annual performance review assessing overall regional success, leadership effectiveness, talent development, and long-term impact.
- Growth & Revenue: Regional revenue growth and new client/project acquisition.
- Profitability & Delivery Health: Margin performance, forecasting accuracy, and avoidance of revenue leakage through disciplined project execution.
- Client Satisfaction: Client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business performance.
- Team & Culture: Employee engagement, team development, and mentorship outcomes.
- Resource Optimization: Team utilization and operational efficiency.
- Communication: Timely, clear communication with clients, internal teams, and leadership.
- Budget & Schedule Compliance: Adherence to regional budgets and project milestones.
Required Experience & Skills
- 15 years of experience in high-end residential real estate, architecture, construction, or owner’s representation/project management.
- Proven track record of team leadership, business development, and operational management.
- Strong people-management experience, including leading teams, conducting regular 1:1s, providing feedback and mentorship, and fostering a high-performance culture; strong people leadership is an essential requirement for this role.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage large-scale projects with minimal oversight.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, DocuSign, Adobe, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Polished written, verbal, and client-facing communication with the ability to manage sensitive or complex client issues.
- Highly organized, self-driven leader able to prioritize competing needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates exceptional conflict-resolution skills, navigating high-stakes situations with diplomacy and clarity.
- Able to de-escalate tensions, align diverse stakeholders, and guide teams and clients toward solutions that protect project goals and preserve strong relationships
