Job Description

Location: Vidyapeeth - Udayarvi Road - Mysuru

Position Description:

Oversee strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of facility operations, ensuring a seamless, safe, and efficient work environment aligned with organizational objectives. The role also supports basic IT infrastructure coordination to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategically oversee and optimize the utilization of physical spaces, resources, and services to enhance workplace functionality, employee well-being, and overall operational efficiency.
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive facility management policies, procedures, and sustainability initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Manage budgets related to repairs, renovations, remodeling, and new construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency and timely execution.
Plan and schedule work for staff and external vendors; supervise operations including CCTV management, event management, canteen services, DG sets, HVAC (AC), fire safety systems, waste management, security services, and overall vendor management.
Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for basic IT infrastructure support, including network connectivity, hardware setup, system maintenance, and timely resolution of IT-related facility issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory regulations across facilities and support smooth day-to-day operations.
