Job Description

Qualification

  • Diploma in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety

Experience

  • 2–5 years: Safety Officer / Safety Supervisor

Fire Safety Management

  • Monitor and maintain fire safety systems and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and sprinkler systems.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures.

Workplace Safety

  • Conduct safety inspections and hazard identification at the workplace.
  • Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Monitor compliance with safety standards and procedures.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases.

Training & Awareness

  • Provide safety training to employees and contractors.
  • Conduct fire safety awareness programs.
  • Educate employees on emergency response procedures.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training programs.
  • Prepare safety reports and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in preparing safety audit reports.

Emergency Response

  • Respond to fire incidents and emergency situations.
  • Lead evacuation procedures during emergencies.
