Job Title: Finance / Treasury Executive – Banking & Credit Control

Experience: 3–5 Years

Reporting To: Finance Manager / CFO

Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance / Treasury Executive with hands-on experience in managing fund-based and non-fund-based bank limits, credit control, and complete LC/BG documentation. The role involves coordinating with banks, ensuring compliance with sanctioned limits, managing working capital, and supporting smooth treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

Banking & Treasury Operations

  • Manage fund-based limits (Cash Credit, Overdraft, Term Loans, Packing Credit, Buyer’s Credit)
  • Manage non-fund-based limits (Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee – performance & financial)
  • Monitor utilization of bank limits and ensure compliance with sanction terms

LC & BG Management

  • End-to-end handling of LC opening, amendments, retirement, and closure
  • Coordination with banks for import/export LCs
  • Preparation, verification, and submission of LC & BG documentation
  • Tracking validity, margins, commission, and expiry of LCs and BGs

Credit Control & Working Capital

  • Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding receivables

Bank Coordination & Documentation

  • Liaise with bankers for day-to-day transactions and operational requirements
  • Prepare and submit stock statements, CMA data, QIS, and MIS to banks
  • Maintain proper documentation for bank audits and inspections

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and bank covenants
  • Prepare treasury-related MIS reports for management
  • Track interest costs, bank charges, and optimize fund utilization

Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance
  • CA-Inter / CMA-Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, or finance operations
  • Strong exposure to fund-based & non-fund-based facilities

Technical Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of LC, BG, bank limits, and credit control
  • Experience working with multiple banks
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally)

Soft Skills

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
