Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Vishakhapatnam. The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Responsibilities will include monitoring financial performance, maintaining compliance with regulatory financial requirements, preparing financial statements, and driving cost optimization and efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and ensuring the hospital’s financial health and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and preparing financial statements
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial management
• Experience in cost control and optimizing financial processes
• Leadership abilities to guide finance teams and collaborate with senior management
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools like Tally Prime & Excel etc..
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
• CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance or Accounting is preferred
• 5+ Years Experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector is an added advantage
