Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palakkad for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and budgeting, monitor cash flow, analyze financial data, and prepare financial reports. The role also includes ensuring regulatory compliance, managing financial risks, and strategizing to improve the company’s financial performance. Additional responsibilities include supervising accounting staff, optimizing costs, and supporting strategic decision-making processes to sustain and enhance business growth.

Qualifications

Financial management, budgeting, and forecasting expertise
Strong analytical skills, including financial reporting and data analysis
Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in financial software applications and tools
Leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making competencies
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
Experience in a retail or FMCG environment is a strong advantage
