Department: Finance

Location: Pashan, Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to support the Finance & Accounts team in daily accounting operations, statutory compliance activities, and audit-related tasks. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to financial processes while assisting the team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in accounting entries and support day-to-day accounting tasks.
Help process Accounts Payable invoices and record accounting entries related to claims, rebates, debit notes, and credit notes.
Support the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, including verification and coordination for vendor payments.
Assist in the preparation of monthly statutory workings, including GST, TDS, PT, and other compliance-related calculations.
Support the team in filing statutory returns as per regulatory requirements.
Assist during Statutory Audits by compiling required documents and helping resolve audit queries.
Provide general support in finance and accounting functions, documentation, and record maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

Base qualification: Any Bachelor's degree, pursuing MBA (Finance).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS, etc.).
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Skills Required

Basic accounting knowledge
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and documentation skills
Basic proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Duration: 6 months paid Internship (15k pm)

The internship is mandatorily for students pursuing their MBA academic course.
