Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive who has hands-on experience with Tally and can manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
  • Record daily transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
  • Handle bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices and follow up on pending payments
  • Assist in GST-related work including data preparation and filings
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Maintain proper documentation and financial records
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
