Documentation and Information Sharing:
- Assist in preparing information sharing documents for new and lenders.
- Analyze financial statements.
Corporate and Banking Support:
- Assist with documentation for pre- and post-disbursement of facilities and banking products.
- Assist with corporate banking, and cash management, depending on the specific role.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in conducting competitor analysis on current trends activities of competing brokers.
- Assist in MIS and PPT presentations for Chairman and top management.
- Prepare and review materials for client financing, such as investment memoranda and management presentations.
Education:
- MBA in Finance
- 1 - 3 years of experience in corporate banking will be preferred
- Strong academic record.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial analysis, and data management is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spoken and written) is mandatory.
