Job Description

The Role

This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable function in the Finance department.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for reviewing and involved in the full spectrum of the accounts payable ('AP') functions for portfolio of properties.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including statistical reports to government agencies.
Prepare variance analysis and be involved in annual budgeting and forecasting.
Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits and tax filing/compliance.
Assist in ad-hoc operational projects, including conducting credit review for selection of vendors, testing of SAP system etc., as and when required.

Job Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years relevant accounting experinces, preferably in AP, supporting regional or global environment.
Good knowledge of FRS and Companies Act.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge would be advantageous.
Mature, responsible, meticulous, good team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
