About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Associate to support day-to-day finance operations, reporting, and compliance. This role is designed for early-career professionals passionate about building a career in corporate finance and accounting. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate books, preparing reports, and supporting audits within a growing SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily financial transactions, including billing, AR/AP, expense tracking, and reconciliations
Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts
Participate in variance analysis and financial modeling activities
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Support audit preparations, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
Contribute to automation, documentation, and process improvement initiatives

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
4–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (internship experience acceptable)
Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Familiarity with ERP or accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or NetSuite)
Basic understanding of financial modeling, FP&A, or MIS reporting
Exposure to SaaS or product-based business models
