Job Description

ATMS & Co LLP is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our Outsource CFO Services team. The role involves supporting multiple clients with financial reporting, compliance, and strategic finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Outsourced CFO engagements for multiple clients
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
  • Coordinate with clients, auditors, bankers, and internal teams
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to clients
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in a finance firm, CA firm, or CFO services environment
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Good communication, analytical, and client-handling skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / equivalent
  • Prior experience in Outsourced CFO or consulting roles
