Role Description

We are looking for a Figma & Framer Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team on-site in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should be strong in both Figma and Framer capable of creating clean, scalable design systems in Figma and translating them into high-quality, responsive Framer websites.

You will work closely with our team to design, build, and maintain modern websites, ensuring performance, usability, and consistency across all touchpoints.

Experience

On-site role (Surat, Gujarat)

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, scalable UI in Figma using proper systems and structure
• Build responsive websites from scratch using Framer
• Convert Figma designs into fully functional Framer websites
• Develop custom Framer code components
• Implement animations, transitions, and interactive elements
• Structure and manage CMS collections within Framer
• Optimize websites for performance and SEO
• Integrate APIs and third-party tools
• Maintain and update existing Framer projects
• Ensure websites follow modern design and UX best practices

Required Skills

1. 1–2 years of experience in Framer and Figma
2. Strong proficiency in Figma:

• Auto Layout (advanced usage)
• Component systems & variants
• Design systems creation and maintenance
• Color styles, typography styles, and variables
• Clean file structure for developer handoff

3. Strong experience in Framer development:

• Strong understanding of Framer CMS and components
• Experience with Framer code components
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with React (for code components)
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Ability to create responsive layouts
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with AI tools to speed up workflows

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with Webflow
• Strong UX thinking
• Basic branding understanding
• Copywriting knowledge
• Familiarity with AI tools for design and development
