Job Description
Napoleon is a trusted HVAC brand providing air conditioning and refrigeration solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial segments for over 20 years. We are expanding our presence in Surat & more cities in Gujarat and are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team.
Role Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits
- Meet contractors, dealers, builders, consultants, and project clients
- Promote and sell Napoleon HVAC products
- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients
- Maintain strong client relationships and close sales
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 2β5 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development / Channel Sales /
- Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, or building products preferred
- Strong skills in lead generation and customer relationship management
- Willingness to travel within Surat and nearby areas for client meetings and site visits
- Self-motivated and target driven
