Executive – AMC Delivery

Description

Coordinate with customers, vendors, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely execution of AMC contracts.
Ensure adherence to the target plan and milestones.
Provide preventive maintenance services, warranty services, and AMC services and break down.
Conduct repair service inspections and rectifications.
Manage booking, billing, and call management (Response Time, Turnaround Time).
Conduct material management and ensure optimal manpower utilization.
Release purchase orders (PO) on time.
Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Drive spare parts sales to customers.
Ensure adherence to response and resolution times for complaints as per the established matrix.
Generate enquiries for Retrofit and Value-Added Services (VAS) and escalate them to the Retrofit team.
Collect outstanding payments receivable against AMC contracts.
Implement and ensure best safety practices at all sites.
Train vendors and Service Solution Providers (SSPs) on safety and technical aspects.
Conduct material management and ensure optimal manpower utilization.
Perform safety audits.

Qualification Criteria

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering with 6 to 8 years of experience
OR Graduate in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Additional Information

Minimum Exp

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering with 6 to 8 years of experience

Reporting To: (If applicable) – Manager - AMC Operations

Any other relevant information: Proven experience in AMC deliveries.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, breakdown services, preventive maintenance services, and recommissioning of air and water chillers.
