Job Description

Responsibilities:
Conduct research and development activities for Drymix Mortars, Cement-Based Systems, Epoxy Grouts, and Adhesives.
Develop and optimize formulations for tile adhesives, grouts, repair mortars, self-leveling compounds, and plaster systems.
Perform performance testing on epoxy grout formulations and other developed products.
Monitor and control rheology, setting time, strength development, and durability of products.
Ensure compliance with IS/ASTM/EN standards, EHS, IMS documentation, and laboratory best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and improvement of existing products.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in research and development of cementitious products.
Hands-on experience in Drymix Mortars, Cement-Based Systems, Epoxy Grouts, and Adhesives.
Strong knowledge of cement chemistry, SCMs, additives, polymers, and mineral admixtures.
Familiarity with plant-scale drymix manufacturing processes and QC parameters.
Exposure to relevant standards and regulations in the industry.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Skills:
Hands-on experience in Drymix Mortars, Cement-Based Systems, Epoxy Grouts, and Adhesives.
Knowledge of tile adhesives, grouts, repair mortars, self-leveling compounds, and plaster systems.
Understanding of epoxy grout formulations and performance testing.
Familiarity with rheology control, setting time adjustment, and strength development.
Exposure to IS/ASTM/EN standards and EHS/IMS documentation.
