Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage order accounting and billing operations. The role involves invoice creation, tracking order progress and playlogs, ERP system utilization, and data analysis to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order accounting processes
  • Generate and process invoices with accuracy and timeliness
  • Track order progress and play logs to ensure proper reconciliation
  • Utilize ERP systems to streamline operational workflows
  • Prepare and analyze reports using MS Office tools
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with taxation and invoicing regulations
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to meet business requirements

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of taxation, invoicing, and MIS reporting
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical and coordination skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in the media industry will be an added advantage

Required Experience- 3~6 years

Qualification: B.Com
