Role Summary

The HR Executive – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment operations, managing

hiring processes across multiple departments, and ensuring timely closures with quality talent. The role

requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, interview coordination.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection.
  • Understand job requirements and create effective JDs with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate fit, salary expectations, and notice periods.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Drive closures for critical, bulk, and niche positions within defined TAT.


Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at all touchpoints.


Offer Management & Onboarding Support

  • Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR operations for seamless joining and onboarding.


Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards..
  • Provide weekly and monthly hiring updates to stakeholders.


Employer Branding & Process Improvement

  • Support employer branding initiatives through campus hiring, social platforms, and events.
  • Recommend improvements to streamline the hiring process and enhance efficiency.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Good communication & interpersonal abilities
  • Understanding of TA processes and HR systems
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management
  • Data-oriented and proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Result-driven with adherence to timelines

  • Timely closure of vacancies as per TAT
  • Quality hire delivery across functions
  • Strong candidate & stakeholder experience
  • Support manpower planning and hiring forecasts


Preferred Profile

  • 2 years of talent acquisition experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced HR environment
