We are looking for an Executive – Customer Service with a proven track record of handling customer service operations. This role ensures timely, accurate, and professional handling of customer orders, inquiries, and issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.

We are looking for an Executive – Customer Service with a proven track record of handling customer service operations. This role ensures timely, accurate, and professional handling of customer orders, inquiries, and issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.
What You Will Do
- Receive and key in orders for trading goods, repair units, return materials, and custom products into CRM/ERP systems.
- Maintain accurate customer records by documenting all interactions, solutions provided, and follow-up actions.
- Manage inbound and outbound communication via email, telephone, and chat to address and resolve queries regarding orders, services, and returns.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through empathy, understanding, and patience to foster loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
- Maintain a clean and organized workbench.
- Adhere to business conduct guidelines.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in customer service operations.
- Skilled in handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing service requests.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems for order entry and record management.
- Clear communication and professionalism.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English.
