Roles & Responsibilities
Brand & Social Media Strategy
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives
- Identify target audiences and tailor messaging across platforms
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to optimise brand communication
- Own end-to-end content execution including copy, briefs, calendars, and coordination with design/creative teams
- Execute brand campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and seasonal initiatives
- Ensure consistency of brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across platforms
- Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions
- Analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights
- Share learnings and recommendations to improve future campaigns
- Work closely with design, performance marketing, product, and e-commerce teams
- Take accountability for timelines, execution quality, and outcomes
- Drive initiatives independently with minimal supervision
Must Have:
- 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or content marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Experience planning and executing brand or social media campaigns
- Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands
- Exposure to influencer marketing and product launches
- Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance goals
- Strong ownership mindset
- Creative yet data-driven thinking
- Ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment
- Clear understanding of brand building beyond trends and posting
