Job Description
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, proactive coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while acting as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and minutes of meetings
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and follow up as required
- Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and confidential discussions
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups and closures
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
- Assist in planning events, off-sites, and leadership engagements
- Support strategic initiatives, research, and special projects as assigned
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and filing systems
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role
- Prior experience supporting CXOs / senior leadership is an advantage
