Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site Executive Assistant role located in Lone Tree, CO, expected to last 3-4 weeks. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and executive support, meeting preparation, taking notes, organizing follow up assignments. This role requires close collaboration with leadership and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
- Experience managing Expense Reports with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong skills in Executive Support, including calendar and schedule management
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in office software and productivity tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the financial or trust services industry is advantageous
