Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Estimation Engineer who can handle project estimation, client interaction, and commercial discussions with confidence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys numbers and people—someone who can convert technical clarity into client confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed cost estimates
• Perform project cost analysis for prefab and steel structure buildings
• Coordinate with design, project, and sales teams for estimation inputs
• Actively participate in client discussions, negotiations, and deal closures
• Support client communication, presentations, and proposal clarifications
• Assist in lead handling and pre-sales estimation support
• Ensure estimates align with ODF quality standards, timelines, and budgets
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in estimation and BOQ preparation
• Strong understanding of construction methods and costing
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Confident in client handling and commercial discussions
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  
  

Additional Advantage

• Knowledge or exposure to steel structures / prefab construction
• Experience in client presentations, lead conversion, or pre-sales support
• Familiarity with future-driven construction technologies
