Salary: £30,914 FTE
Cheadle Hulme School is seeking an organised and dedicated Estates Supervisor to join our busy Estates team. Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will take responsibility for supporting the Estates team, and ensuring the School premises are well maintained, and to a high standard. This role also supports the management of the estates helpdesk, assists with coordinating statutory compliance documentation, and helps organise contractor activity.
We are looking for someone who has experience working within an estates, facilities or maintenance environment, and has familiarity with compliance requirements. Previous experience of managing a team is advantageous.

This role is required on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, all year round. The hours are variable and mutual flexibility is required, given the dynamic nature of our school environment and external lettings schedule. Shifts will predominantly be 10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm, Monday - Friday, however some weekend working and morning shifts may be required.
