Job Description
ERPNext Functional Consultant / Business Analyst
Location: Mohali/Chandigarh
Experience: 3+ Years

Role Overview
We are hiring an ERPNext Functional Consultant who will configure the system and ensure business processes are correctly mapped into ERPNext. The role requires hands-on configuration, user training and documentation ownership.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Configure ERPNext modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, HR)
- Define workflows, approval processes and user roles
- Prepare masters: Items, Customers, Suppliers, Chart of Accounts
- Prepare SOPs, user manuals and training material
- Conduct end-user training sessions
- Support UAT and resolve functional issues
- Assist data migration
- Coordinate between client users and development team
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting flow (Order → Invoice → Payment)
- Inventory & stock movement understanding
- Good documentation and communication ability
- Experience in ERP configuration
- Exposure to wireframe tool (Figma)
Additional Skills
- Experience in ERPNext is a must for at least 1 year
