What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will primarily support hiring for our Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions. Your responsibilities include:

What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will primarily support hiring for our Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions. Your responsibilities include:
- Conduct high-volume phone screens for DSP candidates using established interview questions.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and help coordinate candidate availability.
- Post, refresh, and update job listings on multiple job boards.
- Review incoming applications and identify candidates who meet minimum requirements.
- Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and text to guide them through the hiring process.
- Keep candidate information organized and updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience for every applicant.
- Assist with job fairs or hiring events as needed.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong phone communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple candidates and tasks at once.
- Interest in HR/recruiting and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable speaking with diverse applicants.
- Experience or familiarity with healthcare, caregiving, or direct care roles.
- Knowledge of diversity hiring practices.
- HR or recruiting coursework, campus involvement, or early‑career certifications.
