Role Summary

The English Teacher will be responsible for developing students’ Grammar and Communication Skills to enhance fluency and confidence in spoken and written English. The role focuses strictly on communicative learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging lessons on Grammar and Communication skills
• Improve students’ speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, and writing abilities
• Use interactive learning strategies: role-play, debates, public speaking, etc.
• Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback
• Maintain a disciplined, motivating, and student-friendly classroom environment
• Use modern teaching tools to enhance classroom experience

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Ed or MA in English (Mandatory)
• 3+ years teaching at Secondary or High School level
• IELTS certification is an added advantage

Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong classroom engagement and communication skills
• Ability to motivate students to improve fluency
• Familiarity with tech-enabled teaching tools
