Job Description

Report evaluation before publication- Daily-Weekly-Monthly
Evaluation of Site Level- Micro Schedule
Preparing Level 3 Project Schedules with (Base-Line Plan)
Modify the Project Schedule to impart required changes
Preparation of a material procurement plan-based projection taken on the Project Schedule
Preparation and submission of quarterly projections (cost) for all ongoing projects
Coordinate to prepare Gudesk, Cash-flow and Estimation for projects
Act as a coordinator between H.O. and Site

Requirements

Should have experience in the Planning section of construction/residential projects in handling all phases from piling to finishing.
Working experience in a Construction/Contractor firm is preferred.
Excellent grasp of MSP (Microsoft Projects), AutoCAD, Excel, and Primavera(Primavera is optional).
NICMAR certification is an added advantage.
