Job Description

Position Title: Engineer/ Sr. Engineer/Assistant Manager (Quality Control)

Location: Sarlanagar Cement Works

Essential :B.Sc with Chemistry one of the subject

Preferably : M.Sc (Chemistry)

Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills

Knowledge of physical testing and chemical analysis of cement
Knowledge in preparation of raw mix design
Capable of doing fuel testing like Fuel proximate and ultimate analysis
Knowledge of XRF & XRD Operation, Calibration
Knowledge of BIS Standards & ISO
Operation of flame photometer
Standardization & Calibration of all Lab equipments

KRA 1: Optimum utilization of raw materials & fuels

KRA 2: Optimum utilization of heavy equipment’s

KRA 3: Maintaining quality parameters as per BIS & Internal standards

KRA 4: Maintaining Raw meal LSF standard deviation as per target

KRA 5: 100% Safety compliance
