What You’ll Be Doing:

• Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates for roles in Aerospace, Medical, Manufacturing, and Automotive industries.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and project goals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Work with implementation partners to ensure smooth hiring operations (prior experience preferred).

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years of recruitment experience focused on engineering roles.
• Prior experience working with implementation partners (preferred).
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets in the engineering domain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
