Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on background.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership or team management roles.
• Strong expertise in Java (J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture).
• Good hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-stack engineering teams working on Java and React-based applications.
• Provide technical leadership in architecture, design reviews, and critical decision-making.
• Oversee development of scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot, Microservices).
• Guide frontend architecture and best practices using React.js.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Drive Agile execution, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure engineering best practices for code quality, performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent; build a high-performance culture.
• Manage resource allocation, technical risks, and delivery timelines.
• Support CI/CD adoption and cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
