Candidate should be from Electrical background and handled engineering activities for Commercial projects.

Engineering Progress: Effectively carry out design work for projects, attend periodic review of Projects with Engineering Managers with respect to technical & drawing progress identify critical areas and provide requisite solution. Design engineering approach for MEP projects
Value Engineering: Carry out equipment selection and check if any deviation is possible from tender conditions to make additional savings.
3D Revit: To guide draftsman in preparing 3D Revit drawings for all projects across services and to make clash free coordinated drawings. Issuing of GFC (Good for Construction) shop drawings for site execution.
Engineering Controls (3C) : Ensure all Engineering control guidelines are followed like DBOM based ordering, Planned Revenue Control, Variation statements and SAP hygiene
Inter-Department Coordination & Client Interaction: Constant follow-up with client for input drawings, clearances & necessary approvals. Project Co-ordination review with Construction & Procurement for order finalization and timely release of purchase requisition. Ensure PR raised for equipments to be comprehensive to include all accessories required for completion of installation.
Customer Satisfaction: Periodic meetings with Clients / Consultants to sort out issues and develop rapport and ensure overall Customer Satisfaction and continuously strive to improve CSI Score.
MEP Integration: Address MEP space coordination and implement MEP design coordination & MEP services integration.
Maintaining Business relationships: Develop / maintain relationship with major PMC & consultants and customers by show casing engineering as a differentiator.
