Job Description

MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE IN :-

04-05 years of experience on material handling equipments such as conveyor belts, stacker cum reclaimers, wagon tippler, Silo and Jetty
equipments.
Sound knowledge on manpower planning utilization, inventory, and safety.
Familiar to SAP PM MM module and other real time systems
Problem Identification and Diagnostics
Technical Engineering Knowledge
Maintenance Management
Predictive/ Condition Based Maintenance
Service Quality Management
Industry Organizational Awareness
Health, Safety Environment
Assisting the team for timely and quality execution of the job and ensuring the safe working environment amongst the team members
Ensuring the PM10s, PM20s, PM30s and PM50s are carried out in-time by proper co-ordination with the HOS, planner and other stake holders
Pro-actively executing the PM00 and ensuring the minimum breakdowns to ensure the target availability and reliability
Responsible for proper co-ordination with the section HOS and planner for maintenance activities and ensuring the in-time trouble shooting in case of breakdown
Ensuring that all the safety mandates such as Induction, TBT, SOP, WI, JSA and HIRAC are complied for the job being planned to be carried out
Ensuring the PTW adherence for every job to be carried out
Pro-actively monitoring the inventory requirement, reporting to HOS and following for the before time availability at stores
Responsible for the optimization and cost reduction of the section allotted
Ensure SAP and other system hygiene requirement from time to time. In time entry of the maintenance activities in SAP and keeping all the documents updated and readily available
Erection, testing and commissioning of part / full installations pertaining to modification or addition if any
Ensure the quality management activities adherence for self and sub-ordinates
Update themselves with the latest technological innovations taking place in their domain
Encourage and motivate the other team members to carry out the tasks and devise necessary trainings for them for their future development
