Job Description

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

Produce design ideas, create technical plans for prototypes using CAD or CAE software
Analyze and manage multiple design-related issues to identify root cause
Carry out simulations of products for new and prototype projects using in-house software
Attend design reviews to present design ideas and to discuss and critique alternative design solutions
Make and track design changes on existing products
Maintain control of Bill of Materials (BoM), CAD Models, and Engineering Drawings
Undertake special projects as required
Support technical staff and/or junior engineers
Document and present progress at project meetings and to clients
Find cost-effective solutions by researching concepts
Meet customer targets and deadlines for product development

We Are Looking For Someone With

D.M.E., B.E. degrees
At least 3+ years experience in design & development of automotive and industrial parts
Strong knowledge on IATF apart from exposure to OEM approval processes including product testing, especially with respect to automotive OEMs
Excellent interpersonal skills
EV segment knowledge
Exposure to the requirements of automotive two-wheeler OEMs including EV OEMs.
A deep understanding of aftermarket requirements
