Job Description

Review and ensure installation of drawings and cable schedules adhere to industry standards.
Lead and supervise a team of technicians and helpers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
Conduct testing and commissioning; prepare all necessary documentation and reports.
Ensure strict adherence to safety norms, quality standards, and project timelines.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all ELV/low-power equipment.
Estimate material requirements, check quantities, and raise material requests.
Attend client meetings and provide technical updates.

Required Experience And Knowledge

Minimum 4+ years of experience in construction, industrial, or commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of PLC, automation, and industrial communication protocols (Serial communication, Ethernet, Modbus, TCP/IP).

Essential Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of ELV / Low Power systems and electrical safety procedures.
Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings (schematics, Single Line Diagrams/SLD, layout plans).
Hands-on experience with cable routing, installation, and termination works.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in communication, team management, and documentation
