What You’ll Do
As an Early Learning Director – Strategic Partnerships, you will:
- Build and grow relationships with early learning centers, preschools, and childcare programs in your market
- Use your firsthand experience to consult with directors and owners on staffing challenges and solutions
- Present Jovie’s substitute staffing model as a strategic extension of their team, not just a vendor
- Identify new partnership opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry involvement
- Serve as a trusted advisor, speaking the language of early learning leaders because you’ve been one
- Collaborate with Jovie’s operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing partner success
- Represent Jovie at industry events, association meetings, and community gatherings
- Sales with purpose: You’re selling a solution that protects children, staff, and program continuity
- Peer-to-peer credibility: Directors trust you because you’ve walked in their shoes
- No classroom, no ratios: You stay connected to the industry without managing daily operations
- Flexible, relationship-based work: Your calendar reflects conversations, not chaos
- High autonomy: You own your relationships and your results
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of leadership experience in early learning, childcare, or preschool settings
- Has served as a Center Director, Assistant Director, or Multi-Site Leader
- Is well-known and well-respected in the local early learning community
- Enjoys relationship-building, networking, and consultative conversations
- Is ready to transition out of center management while staying connected to the field
- Is motivated by impact, influence, and professional growth
