Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Accounts Associate based in Manjeshwara. The role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining account records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports. The associate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and inventory tracking while supporting financial audits and resolving discrepancies in accounts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Experience in processing invoices, managing payments, and handling financial transactions
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations, inventory tracking, and order processing systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze numerical data
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
