Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Drafting Design Specialist. The role involves preparing technical, architectural, and construction drawings, creating submittals, and using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure accuracy, adherence to design specifications, and timely delivery of project drawings. It will also be extended to generation of Quotations and Filling of the same based on the project.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing, Architectural Drawings, and Construction Drawings.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals for internal and external collaboration.
• Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle design modifications promptly.
• Good understanding of spatial planning, design standards, and construction methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in interior design or related industries is an added advantage.
• Experience in Quotation Generation and Filling of the same
