Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajouri Garden for a Domestic Tour Packages and Standalone Bookings Executive. The role involves planning and managing comprehensive domestic tour packages, coordinating guided tours, and handling standalone bookings such as rail and air tickets. Additional responsibilities include assisting clients with itinerary planning, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering exceptional customer service to address clients’ travel-related queries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tour Planning, Itineraries, and Tour Management
• Experience in organizing Guided Tours and managing group travel arrangements
• Strong Communication skills and client relationship management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve in high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with domestic travel destinations and services is an advantage
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
