Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Specialist to manage, organize, and maintain critical documents and records. The role involves ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in document preparation, formatting, and storage while supporting internal teams with efficient document management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, format, and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical document repositories.
- Ensure documents comply with internal standards, templates, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Track document versions and manage revisions to maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, update, and distribute documents as required.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, contracts, or legal documentation when needed.
- Ensure timely retrieval and secure storage of documents in document management systems.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in document management, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written communication and formatting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple documents and meet tight deadlines.
