- 7�8+ years of dedicated transitions experience, managing end-to-end outsourcing transitions across multiple engagements
- Proven experience leading and managing teams of Transition Managers, handling complex and concurrent transitions
- Strong expertise in transition strategy, planning, and execution, including due diligence, risk assessment, and detailed transition planning
- Extensive experience working closely with project, technical, and PMO teams to support transition governance and delivery
- Hands-on exposure to GCC (Global Capability Center) setup and transition support, considered a strong value add
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadership
- Known for strong analytical ability, planning, organization, and attention to detail, thriving in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable managing multiple transitions simultaneously while meeting tight timelines and quality benchmarks
- Proficient in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and MS Office tools for transition planning and reporting
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma is an added advantage
- Willing to travel extensively, including domestic and international assignments
