Job Description

Wellversed is seeking a junior to mid-senior level D2C (Website) Digital Marketing Associate

with 3 months to 3 years of experience to manage and execute digital growth strategies for our brand, analyze performance data, and enhance overall customer experience.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and growth team to drive traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition through data-backed digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads.
Assist in campaign setup, tracking, performance monitoring, and reporting
Support SEO & SEM initiatives including keyword research and on-page optimization.
Manage and analyze data from GA4, Google Merchant Center, and Shopify dashboard
Assist in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives including:
A/B testing
Landing page optimization
Funnel performance analysis
Monitor campaign KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Collaborate with creative teams for ad creatives and landing pages
Generate weekly performance reports and actionable insights
Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behaviour to optimize our strategies.
Stay updated on D2C marketing trends and platform updates

Skills Required:

Minimum 3 months of relevant experience.
Basic proficiency in Google Ads
Understanding of SEO and SEM fundamentals
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Shopify analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Timeline-oriented, with decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
