Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and mobile platforms.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics for better return on investment, using A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other analytical methods.
- Efficiently allocate and manage the marketing budget to maximize campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO strategies that increase visibility and drive traffic to our website.
- Work closely with the product, design, and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and customer insights.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts, preferably in a tech or software environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret basic campaign data
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking and willingness to contribute ideas for marketing campaigns
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing
- Relevant certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar) are a plus
- Eagerness to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment
