We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & Google Ads) to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a data-oriented professional who is passionate about improving online visibility, driving qualified traffic, and optimizing digital campaigns for measurable results.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies and paid search campaigns to support business growth. You will manage Google Ads campaigns, conduct keyword research, improve website rankings, and analyze campaign performance to ensure strong return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking

Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates

Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to improve campaign performance

Prepare regular performance reports and provide strategic recommendations

Requirements:

Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads campaign management

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools

Understanding of search engine algorithms, paid search strategies, and performance marketing

Excellent communication and organizational skills
