PHILIPPINE-BASED FILIPINO APPLICANTS

This role requires an experienced Digital Marketing and Social Media professional who can manage end-to-end content creation, multi-platform social media engagement, and outreach, while also supporting general administrative and CRM tasks. The ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, a proven portfolio, and hands-on expertise across major social platforms (with Facebook prioritised), content creation, video editing, email marketing, data analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in tools such as Go High-Level, Canva, Premiere, Trello, Airtable, and Microsoft Office is essential, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, stay organised, and deliver results with strong attention to detail.

You will be responsible for managing key activities such as the following:

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Create, develop, and deliver content
  • Multi-platform social media management engagement
  • Re-purpose content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Moderate all social media platform comments and POD engagement
  • Social Media Outreach sequencing and appointment setting
  • Content creation support and design
  • Video Editing
  • Blog/content writing
  • Podcast production and distribution assistance
  • Email marketing
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
  • Define the most important social media KPIs
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

GENERAL ADMIN DUTIES

  • CRM management, data entry, sales pipeline management
  • Monthly reporting to the Managing Director on social media performance
  • Manage and book appointments
  • Client concierge and telephone point of service
  • General administrative duties
  • Adhoc tasks

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with at least 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Portfolio of previous work required
  • Experience managing social media and digital marketing, ideally in Health & Wellness midlife women niche preferred
  • Hands-on experience across Facebook which is a priority, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Skills in content creation, social engagement, and basic performance analysis
  • Graphic design and video editing experience
  • Proficient in key tools: Microsoft Office, Canva, Premiere, Go High-Level is required, Trello, Airtable
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to learning new platforms
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven

Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits 5. HMO Offered after 6-month probation

  • Monthly Salary: PHP 35,000
  • Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
  • You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
  • Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave
  • 13th Month Pay after 30 days
  • Annual Salary Review
  • Laptop provided after 30 days
  • Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
  • SHIFT TIMES: 7 AM to 4 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
