Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Take charge of the annual and quarterly marketing plans, ensuring they are in line with business objectives
- Guide the complete process of campaign planning and execution, overseeing everything from concept development and messaging to rollout and optimization
- Guarantee that campaigns are cohesive across digital channels, including web, social media, content, and demand generation
- Lead the strategy and application of HubSpot throughout campaigns, managing leads and reporting
- Collaborate with agency teams to enhance campaigns in real-time and apply data-driven improvements
- Ensure consistency in campaign messaging and narrative across all platforms
- Create and implement content strategies that align with business objectives and messaging themes
- Oversee the timelines for asset creation, deliverables, and manage expectations of stakeholders
- Track and assess campaign performance indicators such as MQLs, CTR, conversion rates, and engagement. Utilize performance data to drive optimization, inform decision-making, and adjust strategies as necessary
- Provide reports on KPIs and suggest strategies to the leadership team
- Oversee and manage relationships with agency partners, establishing clear goals, timelines, and performance standards
- Proactively identify and address risks, delays, or gaps in execution
- 12-15 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology or service-oriented organizations
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing plans, integrated campaigns, and demand generation initiatives, preferably in the U.S. market
- Extensive knowledge of HubSpot, including campaign management, workflows, lead nurturing, reporting, and attribution
- Experience in enhancing performance optimization through data analysis
- Strong capabilities in messaging, content creation, and narrative ownership
- Proven expertise in managing agencies and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- A strategic mindset with a strong focus on execution and achieving results
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator is a plus
